HUMAN RESOURCES

Recruiting Process

The expansion of EASii IC will leads us to recruit around 20 engineers in 2010.

We are looking for talented engineers who are seeking both professional and personal growth. After a first selection, the candidates will take an interview with one of our HR/business engineer. During this first interview we discuss about their past career or education and their aspirations.

This first meeting helps EASii IC to evaluate the competencies and motivations. For the candidate, it shows our business model, values and objectives. After the first interview, we propose one or several positions related to the candidate carrier’s aspirations.

We strive to nurture each employee’s professional growth by providing regular meetings with our HR/Business engineers and extensive training opportunities.

Each year a performance appraisal meeting is held with the Human resources, where the following elements are discussed

  • Competencies gained during the mission/assignments
  • Achievements
  • Individual training plan elaboration
  • Objectives for the following year

EASii IC has a training plan for each employee, with various specialized skills provided, in order to enhance abilities and to evolve in their careers.
