MICROELECTRONIC

TEST & CHARACTERIZATION IC
EASii IC is involved in the development of test bench for the characterization of integrated circuits or for test of board or electronic system. For this, we develop:
- Some Control software, HMI wrote in C, C++, Labviews, Labwindows depending on our customer’s environments.
- Some acquisition and data processing bench
- Some characterization bench based on LabVIEW, TestStand, Labwindows CVI ou encore Visual Basic, C++,
- DSome Test script (TCL, Python)
We also work in the test and the measurement of electronics and microelectronics system.
